La desarrolladora Sickhead Games y Rock It Games, en colaboración con City Connection, han realizado el lanzamiento de Jaleco Sports: Bases Loaded y Jaleco Sports: Goal! para Nintendo Switch y PlayStation 5. Ambos compilatorios se encuentran disponibles por US$7.99.
Jaleco Sports: Bases Loaded se lanzó el pasado 18 de abril para PC (Steam, GOG), y el cual, consiste de Bases Loaded (NES) y Super Bases Loaded (Super NES); mientras que Jaleco Sports: Goal!, lanzado en PC (Steam, GOG) en junio, incluye tanto a Goal!/Moero!! Pro Soccer (NES, Famicom) y Goal!/Super Goal!/Super Cup Soccer (Super NES, Super Famicom). Ambos compilatorios incluyen funciones y adiciones como la disponibilidad de un manual del juego actualizado, un modo CRT para jugar con un filtro de televisor de tubo o rebobinar la partida como una cinta VHS.
«La serie de Jaleco Sports no se trata solo de ‘reboots’ de los clásicos originales en consolas actuales», menciona Michael Devine, CEO de Rock It Games. «Estamos añadiendo un poco de la magia curadora de Rock It (Games) a esos relanzamientos con nuevas funciones y mejoras que a los fans les encantará, así como un tesoro escondido de elementos históricos de los lanzamientos originales para NES y SNES».
